With each PRO license purchase you are allowed to run the software on no more than 2 computers simultaneously. Each LITE license purchase is restricted to 1 computer simultaneously. We reserve the right to suspend all licenses that violate this this restriction.

SOFTWARE INCLUSIVE

User acknowledge that their CLAD Genius ad management purchase, consists of the digital software product including technical support and maintenance update. It does not include Craigslist Phone Verified Accounts and / or internet protocol (IP) solutions, these may be an additional expense provided through 3rd parties along with other possible services. All transaction will appear on your billing statement as www.cladg.com.

SOFTWARE COACHING, TRAINING, AND TUTORING

It is the end users responsibility to have an understanding of the correct guidelines and procedures for posting / managing their ads online to the respective websites. CLAD Genius does not offer or include coaching, training, and / or tutoring for this type information with the purchase of either versions of the software. Any requests by the customer for information on this subject will receive no response and they must seek the correct sources prior to purchasing the software.

SOFTWARE LEASING RENTALS

For all users of the CLAD Genius software that do not purchase an actual license, but lease or rent usage of the software from a 3rd party are not entitled to technical help, support, or updates for any of the products our company offers. Users should seek support or updates from the service provider that they are leasing or renting the software from.

INTERNET PROTOCOL CONFIGURATION

CLAD Genius will provide support and setup for a total of 2 IP configurations, per the customer's request. This includes modems, proxies, wi-fi, dynamic solutions, and any other internet based connections system that allow the user to emulate or change their standard settings. Each additional customer request for this type of configuration with the software is subject to support configuration fee and is non refundable.

MONTHLY SUPPORT UPDATES

To continue the use of CLAD Genius, monthly support fees are mandatory to receive updates. This ensures that the product is in good standing and will automatically upgrade the software to it's full functionality based on the version purchased. If at any time the user chooses to cancel their monthly support subscription, the software will no longer function. The license will be null and void leaving the software inoperable. To resume functionality of the software additional fees will apply along with monthly support re-activated.

SHARED LICENSES

You are not allowed to share your license of CLAD Genius with anyone else. Only the owner of the CLAD Genius license (the individual who made an initial purchase) is eligible to use it. We will provide support to that person only. If you are found sharing your license with someone else, your license may be suspended on a temporary or permanent basis.

RESELLING LICENSES

You are not allowed to resell your license of CLAD Genius to else. Only the owner of the CLAD Genius license (the individual who made an initial purchase) is eligible to use it. We will provide support to that person only. If you are found reselling your license to someone else, your license will be terminated. The only legitimate place to purchase a CLAD Genius license is at http://cladg.com/purchase.html.

REFUND POLICY

CLAD Genius does not offer a refund for purchases or monthly service fees of our products. The user has an extensive time period to test our free fully functional demo and decide prior to purchase whether it is in line with their needs. All features are available in the demo without restrictions.

PHONE VERIFIED ACCOUNTS SERVICES

The CLAD Genius phone verified account creation feature relies on 3rd party services to create your Craigslist PVA's. It is the user responsibility to supply phone numbers and or phone codes for successful account creation. CLAD Genius is not responsible for unsuccessful creation, blocked, expired, or banned accounts made with the software. The user must abide by the necessary rules and policy of Craigslist.org when creating PVA accounts to ensure they will be in working order.
